- "Sukham" – a two day relaxation package consisting of therapies ranging from massage, mud bath, a yoga based relaxation technique will help you to remove the fatigue and stress that builds up with today's work and life-style.
- "Swastham" – a five day rejuvenation package to help you feel fresh and energized. It includes various therapies like mud bath, plantain leaf bath, massage & steam bath, hydrotherapy, yoga and pranayama techniques. This package enables you to get relieved from some of the routine discomforts, aches and pains, stress and the like.
- "Arogyam" – a ten day therapy package specifically aimed at healing your life style disorders and ailments. If you are keen in getting rid of your disease and distress, without any drugs, without any side effects, then this is the right package for you. A complete detoxification and healing is brought about by therapies ranging from cleansing yogic kriyas, Swedish deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy, mud bath, plantain leaf bath, vibro massage, steam bath and disease specific yoga therapy.
